the first real BOY accident.

Well most of the afternoon and last night Aaron had been extra irritable and Mike and I noticed he wasn't using his left arm at all so we checked it out and it seemed to be quite swollen. We figured he sprained it while monkeying around on the furniture but anyway he didn't sleep (mind you I haven't been up in the night with him since he was 3 months old)
I took him to the ER this morning because it skips going to the doctors who's going send you to the hospital to get X-rays anyways (saves time + gas).
Turns out he pulled his elbow out of joint** and so all they had to do was pop it back into place. Yeah... I think I screamed louder than he did. It is not something I ever want him to go through again.

**The proper name for it is Nursemaids elbow.


He is doing much better now that he's had tylenol and rested a bit.

Mike says this is just the beginning...
