Aaron is doing great, he took his first two steps Saturday morning toward Mimi (my mom) and hasn't attempted since. :-)
Well, Mike and I are trying to save money and buy a house that we can truly call "home".
We found a place about 8 miles from where we are now, back in the woods off of a dirt road and get this- the garage is bigger than the house!! Mike saw it and fell in love instantly. (just our style)
It is overpriced by alot and should sell for no more than 132,000.
We got approved for 130,000 so if it's God, and it's meant to be ours then I know it will happen.
Thank the Lord that my dad is a real estate agent so he is giving us all of the pointers and what we need to come up with which is roughly around 5,500 bucks to cover fha 3% downpayment, inspection, and negotiation.
I'm praying it works out.
I am going to start working in or around August if we dont have enough by then but pray that God willopen doors and windows if it's the right thing!
Apparently it is the BEST time for buyers because of the economy and the rentals are going to skyrocket up here. So Hopefully we can find something before winter sets in.
